Er. Kiran N is a Chartered Engineer with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, M.Tech in Structural Engineering, and membership with the Institution of Engineers (AMIE), bringing over nine years of experience in structural design, construction management, and project execution. Before co-founding SILVEROAKS ENGINEERS & BUILDERS LLP, Er. Kiran worked as an Assistant Professor and a Structural Consultant, specializing in structural design, project management, site supervision, and estimation. His expertise and commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions have been key to SILVEROAKS’ success and reputation in the engineering and construction industry.

Er. Divya Das K is a Chartered Engineer with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, an M.E. in Construction, and membership with the Institution of Engineers (AMIE). With experience as an Assistant Professor and expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM), planning, permit drawing, 3D elevations, interior/exterior design, and project management, Er. Divya brings both academic knowledge and practical industry skills to SILVEROAKS ENGINEERS & BUILDERS LLP. Passionate about construction and design, Er. Divya leads the company with a focus on quality, precision, and client satisfaction, driving growth and innovation in the industry.
